The “Grinders” will be gathering in force this fall.

With a lineup of speakers that includes some of the top tech stars of the RTP region, Startup Grind Triangleis planning a one-day conference for entrepreneurs this October. The Triangle group has been putting on events about building startups for almost two years now. And this promises to be its biggest program to date.

Startup Grinder provides mentoring, is educating, and connecting 1,000,000 entrepreneurs across 200 local Chapters in 98 countries.

Triangle director Mark Bavisotto, who is also a serial entrepreneur, announced the event on Friday.

“Startup Grind Triangle will be hosting our first annual regional conference that will feature the area’s best entrepreneurs and investors with a few surprises from outside the area,” he says. “This will be one day of non-stop education, networking, and inspiration that has never been seen in this area before. Successful founders, innovators, educators, and investors share lessons learned on the road to building great companies.”

The event is set for Oct. 11. Tickets are now on sale.

Startup Grind, which is supported by Google for Entrepreneurs, is an international group. But the Triangle program has a strong regional flavor. Bavisotto is promising more than 20 speakers with some 100 startups expected to participate.

Triangle speakers include:

And there’s more.

“Jeff Hoffman founder of PriceLine will anchor our final chat to discuss the future of entrepreneurship,” Bavisotto adds. “Our VIP Happy Hour will include a 60 minute talk from New York times best selling author Cal Fussman. Before that we’ll have a lineup of entrepreneurs and investors from around the Triangle that has never been seen before at any other conference in this region.”
