Floors 8-12 of downtown Raleigh’s Capital Club building will soon be home to a new HQ Raleigh space aimed to serve local designers and female entrepreneurs. The facility, just two blocks from HQ Raleigh’s main campuses, is complete with private suites for startup teams, work desks for individuals and a lab for local designers.

The space faces a panoramic view of downtown Raleigh, an asset that will likely attract people to book events like receptions, rehearsals and weddings on the top floor of the building. HQ Raleigh member companies can also hold their own events in the space.

HQ Raleigh caters the space to fit a demographic of female tenants, offering amenities such as a satellite daycare called Little Makers Academy, a preschool for young entrepreneurs opening south of downtown. There’s also a “mother’s room” for tenants who are nursing.

Renovations, which began in January, are wrapping up in preparation for a grand opening July 1.
