This month’s list includes a mix of companies from around the Triangle, from pasta sauce to e-commerce marketplaces to custom manufacturing services. The types of positions range from data science and marketing specialists to software engineering and sales professionals.

Here’s an opportunity to work in a data analytics software startup headquartered in Research Triangle Park’s The Frontier. RxDataScience creates data science products and solutions tailored to the pharma/biotech/healthcare industries, such as data preparation engines, algorithm startup kits and a data science bootcamp. Following its largest fund raise to date in December, the Durham venture capital fund will capitalize on the momentum building globally around impact investing to add to its portfolio of startups having societal, environmental or social impact. SJF Ventures is hiring at its Durham office, currently looking for a talented and energetic analyst who is excited about impact investing through venture capital. More here.

Nellino’s Sauce Company

Setting a new standard for “clean food,” Nellino’s Sauce Company (formerly Nello’s Sauce) sells healthy, locally produced pasta sauce available on shelves throughout the U.S. in major retailer stores, such as Whole Foods and Harris Teeter. The Raleigh startup is hiring a demo specialist to build store and consumer-level product awareness, which includes introducing the sauce to customers and store staff, and promoting immediate and residual sales. A Morrisville startup with software for creative production management, inMotionNow needs to grow its team in preparation for faster growth. After winning Triangle Business Journal’s Best Places to Work award last year, inMotionNow is adding more employees to its sales, product development and executive teams. Redbud Labs

Powered by a mission to build groundbreaking life science products, this NC IDEA grant-winning biotech startup (formerly named Rheomics) has a patented platform for transfusion diagnostics, fertility testing, small-volume assays and specimen preparation. Redbud Labs is expanding the small team in Chapel Hill, hiring an office, lab & grants manager to help streamline its operations. Read more and apply here.

CloudFactory

This global workflow tech company has a cloud-based platform for businesses to outsource back-office work they would otherwise have to take on themselves. The system, priced through a subscription model, connects its clients with a team that manages day-to-day routine tasks, meeting the hours and skill set companies need for the projects they’re outsourcing. At CloudFactory’s Durham office, CRO and VP of people and culture positions are up for grabs. More here.

PrecisionLender

The product driving growth at this startup is an AI-powered loan and pricing deposit management software for commercial lenders. As PrecisionLender continues to boom in the Charlotte and Cary markets, it’s adding more skilled individuals to offices in both cities. Hip eCommerce

Within the past six months, this Raleigh e-commerce startup has doubled its sales volume to over $3 million per year across its three marketplaces—HipStamp.com, HipPostcard.com and HipComic.com. The Hip eCommerce community is growing quickly, a pace the team wants to continue by looking for new ways to acquire, activate and retain buyers in the market. Snapsolv is a multi-channel customer engagement software startup that helps companies reach a “new generation” of customers, teams and business partners, through software that combines mobile messaging services—such as SMS, Facebook Messenger and other in-app messaging systems—into one. The company is looking for young talented individuals to join its team in Raleigh, offering internships in digital marketing, inside sales/lead generation and MEAN stack development. Xometry is a fast-growing tech startup working within the U.S. custom manufacturing industry. Its platform offers instant, on-demand quoting technology to a diverse customer base, which is comprised of large companies and government agencies, as well as small businesses and startups. This venture-backed Durham startup has an award-winning platform for real estate agents that uses predictive analytics and machine learning to determine who in their network is most likely to buy a home at any given time. It also suggests ways for agents to target them, and integrates with leading real estate technologies to make it easier to do so. UNC’s Educational Innovation, Technology & Entrepreneurship Program

The University of Chapel Hill’s MEITE program was approved in 2016 as an MA degree track that provides students with the skills to create educational innovation in today’s tech-enriched learning environments. In preparation for MEITE’s first cohort this summer, UNC is looking for a program director to lead and later expand the program as it grows in size in the future. More information here.

This high-growth digital marketing company headquartered in Morrisville gained a lot of momentum last year with boosted headcount and an increasing number of customers, all fueled by a $24 million series C round in 2015.
