Originating in Charlotte in 2015, the company has expanded to Raleigh and offers classes in subjects such as artisan breadmaking, jewelry crafting and ornament embroidery at prices starting at $30. The culinary walking tours launched seven years ago by a pair of Triangle entrepreneurs have now expanded to cities across North Carolina. These tours promise history about the state’s urban centers, tasty dishes and cocktails at some of the hottest restaurants and meet and greets with chefs. Tours start at $50/person and gift certificates are available.
