Triangle TechBreakfast is part of the overarching TechBreakfast meetup group that travels to major cities and brings innovators, creative talent, businesses and investors together for a morning of networking and sharing. Besides the Triangle, the TechBreakfast team travels to Boston, New York, Brooklyn, Philadelphia, Wilmington (DE), Baltimore, Columbia (MA), Washington DC, Austin, Silicon Valley and Northern VA, to hold events.
Anyone who wants to present can send in a request to be added to the schedule. Traditionally, around four presenters are given time to present, each one receiving seven minutes, with time extended at the end for questions. The cost to attend the Triangle meetup is free. The TechBreakfast team finds local conference areas to meet. For example, in the Triangle they have met at HQ Raleigh, American Underground and Hunt Library.
Breakfast is served before the meeting starts, and attendees are encouraged to bring business cards to share and are given ample time to network with each other and sponsor companies before and after the event takes place.
