As it continues to boom in the Cary and Charlotte markets, PrecisionLender is adding more skilled individuals to its team. Job openings range from product development and client support to communications and marketing. This venture-backed Durham startup is building a platform for real estate agents that uses predictive analytics and machine learning to determine the people in their network most likely to buy a home at any given time. It also suggests ways for agents to target them, and integrates with leading real estate technologies to make it easier to do so.
