CHARLOTTE—Carolina Wholesale Group (CWG) of Charlotte has acquired Dullas-VA-based Digitek Computer Products Inc. to become one of the largest distributors of imaging supplies and business machines in the country. Financial details were not disclosed.
Digitek and CWG will now offer customers an additional 5,000 unique items across 11 distribution centers. Additionally, CWG customers will now have access to Digitek’s PartnerPro online sales training modules and dealer branded marketing tools.
Founded in 1972, Carolina Wholesale Group, is the parent company of Carolina Wholesale, Arlington Industries, Smoltz Distributing and Monroe Systems for Business and now Digitek. It provides products and services to resellers and recently-expanded distribution centers in eleven locations across North America.
