The Durham-based ad serving platform with reddit and StackOverflow as customers needs a software engineer that can help the company scale. It’s suggested that engineers need to have (roughly) five years of experience and a bachelor’s degree to work here. This Durham startup is still in development, but is tackling the healthcare industry. Part of the team is in Pune, India, but a new front end developer and user interface designer are needed in Durham. Here are the postings.

The mobile app development firm focused on apps for events, based in Chapel Hill, needs a go-getter sales development representative to help generate new leads and make sales. Here’s the description.

Move Loot 

San Francisco-based Move Loot is continuing to expand its used furniture online marketplace, and is need of a customer experience manager and customer support associate in its East Coast headquarters in Durham to ensure the experience is great for everyone who buys and sells via the site. Descriptions are here.

RevBoss is still growing its team after raising $1.1 million from local investors last fall to scale up its automated way of helping clients generate outbound sales leads. This mobile analytics startup in Raleigh is hiring a business development associate and a front end developer, both of which can help scale a business that collects and analyzes data about mobile device users to better target the right mobile advertising message to the right user. Job descriptions are here.

Schulteis Ventures/Invariant

This Chapel Hill startup promises to help patients figure out why an insurance claim was rejected or under-reimbursed using software. It’s led by Duke University School of Medicine professor Ryan SchulteisHere’s a chance to become the lead software engineer.

Smart Office Energy Solutions 

An embedded firmware engineer, full stack software engineer, marketing manager and grant writer are all needed at this Chapel Hill startup with IoT technology and services that help make offices more energy efficient. Here are the job descriptions. 

TransLoc

The team that is revolutionizing transit with apps, on-demand transportation options and powerful analytics for public transit agencies is expanding quick, with six RTP positions open in roles that range from sales and account management to Salesforce admin and full stack engineering. Job descriptions here.

US2020 RTP

Here’s a cool opportunity to have an impact on girls and other underrepresented youth in the Triangle. The contracted STEM Outreach Program Manager runs the day-to-day operations of this corporately-funded mentorship program based at the Research Triangle Park Foundation. Description is here.

This Charlottesville, Va. mobile development agency is still ramping up after opening an office in Durham late last year. Staffers are needed to fill all kinds of roles. iOS and Javascript developers, a UX designer and product manager are top of the list.
