Spring Metrics, a marketing technology company that helps hotels increase online engagement, is rebranding as Spring Engage. The company says it will be growing its team over the next several months.

Spring Engage sells a software as a service solution to marketing professionals, allowing them to build relationships and increase revenue via personalized, targeted content and offers.

The company says the change was fueled by the company’s expansion within the hotel market, and represents both the value provided with their current solutions as well as future product releases.

It adds that it is already working with several of the top hotel brands in the world and many of the leading management groups, including two of the top three in North America and that it will continue to grow its client base in the United States and Canada, with an eye on European expansion.

In February, the company said it increased revenue by 29 percent in 2014 and named Shawn Williams president and CEO.

The company’s real-time marketing tools enable hotels the ability to anticipate what web site visitors are interested in and then show them relevant content, campaigns or messaging options.

To fuel its growth, the company plans to hire additional business development and product management people in coming months, it says.
