In today’s Bulldog update of technology news: Charlotte-based Peak 10, says its third Triangle data center under construction in Morrisville, should online this year, NC is among top 20 states using Forsalebyowner site; Sirius Madness tech conference in March.

“Demand for Peak 10’s IT infrastructure services and expertise is high, and we are already speaking with companies who are interested in moving to our new facility,” added Gauci in a statement at the time of his appointment. “I look forward being part of Peak 10’s growth story and focusing my efforts on leading our team’s high-touch approach to delivering cloud solutions, colocation services and managed services.”

Raleigh general manager Robby Gauci told the TBJ the center will be open by the end of the year.

It broke ground in May. The new data center kicks up Peak 10’s Triangle space to more than 100,000 square feet.

NC one of top 20 states using site

As the 2015 home selling season comes to a close, ForSaleByOwner.com has revealed the top 20 states where homeowners successfully sold their homes on their own using the site. According to data from ForSaleByOwner.com, 11 of the top 20 states are in the South, with six of the top 20 in the Midwest, and three in the East, reflecting strong return of the housing markets in those regions.
