David Morken, CEO of Republic Wireless and Bandwidth.com plus Steve Neff, Fidelity Investments’ top technology executive, are the latest additions to the speaker lineup for the CED Tech Venture conference next month. As WTW reported Thursday, the event also has a new keynote presenter.

Rebecca Jacoby, senior vice president of operations at Cisco, is the new keynote presenter. She replaces former Cisco executive Padmasree Warrior.

Morken will speak on the second day of the conference.

As for Neff, he will join with Kelly Hoey to discuss “Driving Innovation Through Diversity.”

The conference is Sept. 15-16 in Raleigh. More than 100 tech startups and emerging companies also will be participating.

Here are bios of the new speakers:

  • Rebecca J. Jacoby

Rebecca Jacoby is Senior Vice President of Operations at Cisco. She was promoted to the role in July 2015 and is responsible for driving profitable growth and enabling operational excellence.  Known for her strong track record of operational excellence, innovative problem solving, and talent development, Rebecca was recently inducted into the CIO Hall of Fame by CIO Magazine and was recognized by Forbes as a “Superstar CIO” in 2012. She will oversee the global supply chain, global business services, security and trust, and IT.

  • David Morken

David Morken is the Co-founder and CEO of Bandwidth, one of the nation’s largest and fastest-growing communications technology companies. David has led Bandwidth through tremendous growth since its inception including, most recently, the launch of Republic Wireless.

Prior to founding Bandwidth, David was called to active duty by the Marine Corps in 1995 and served four years as a Judge Advocate, criminal prosecutor and headquarters company commander. David is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame Law School and a member of the Virginia Bar Association. He received his undergraduate degree from Oral Roberts University.

  • Steve Neff

Steve Neff is the enterprise chief technology officer at Fidelity Investments, a leading provider of investment management, retirement planning, portfolio guidance, brokerage, benefits outsourcing and other financial products and services to more than 20 million individuals, institutions and financial intermediaries. He is responsible for the coordination and execution of the firm’s technology and IT risk management functions and chairs the enterprise chief information officer council. Mr. Neff is also a member of the firm’s Executive Committee.

  • Kelly Hoey

Kelly Hoey is a speaker, strategist and investor. Kelly’s expertise covers the networking spectrum – from leveraging communities of interest to activating peer networks and developing marketing strategies for rising above the networking noise, both online and off.
