WRAL TechWire’s third “Full Steam Ahead Awards” is generating remarkable strong interest with hundreds of people already having voted. And registrations for WTW’s party to celebrate the winners are filling up fast. Have you voted for your favorites? Have you signed up to attend?

Today’s the last day to vote.

Don’t forget: You can “write in” nominees if your choice(s) aren’t among the finalists.

People are casting their choices of 12 awards that will be presented on April 28.

Capacity for the party is 500, so don’t waste time. Register today.

As for the voting, if you feel your friend, boss, co-worker or company deserves to win, then vote. If your favorites don’t win, don’t blame WTW.

From startups to global giants, entrepreneurs to corporate CEOs and chairs, WTW will honor 12 of the best. This is our third such program, following 2012 and 2013. There was no event in 2014 as WTW focused on its “Fiber Transforms the Triangle” event.

Our nominations process resulted in a record number of submissions.

But you can “write in” candidates as well.

Cast your votes today to help determine the winners.

Based on our “Full Steam Ahead” theme, awards have a railroad connection.

For the first time, we’ve also broken the categories in two: One set of six for startups and emerging companies as well as entrepreneurs; another set for established firms and corporate leaders.

Voting is open to all WTW readers – just don’t try to stuff the ballot box. (We’re watching.)

The host site for the party is Motorco. Start time is 5:30 p.m.

Voting closes April 10.

Email address is required to vote.
