The Innovate Raleigh summit kicks off today following a “Startup Crawl” tour of downtown Tuesday night. The summit will focus on ways to improve the city’s entrepreneurship community.

Meanwhile, the fourth Forward Triangle – Triangle Entrepreneurship Week continues.

“The week includes several focused events that will give entrepreneurs an opportunity to directly engage with successful serial entrepreneurs, business professionals, resources, investors and community leaders,” organizers say.

The summit opens at Marbles Kids Museum then moves to various Raleigh locations

Co-Founders Mary-Ann Baldwin, Raleigh City Council at Large, and Terri Lomax, Vice Chancellor of Research, Innovation + Economic Development NC State University, are among the speakers.

Following opening remarks and guest speakers, attendees will head to three different breakout sessions and return for a “Now What” panel discussion. (More details are available online.)
