GROUNDFLOOR
GROUNDFLOOR, a Raleigh-based real estate crowdfunding marketplace is looking for a full stack rails developer, specifically a mid- to senior-level rails developer. Salary is a $60k-$70k range with equity depending on fit, experience and desire to join the team. An ideal candidate is willing to take a little less of a salary for the opportunity at early equity in a rising startup.

Fusion3 Design
This 3D printer manufacturing startup in Greensboro is on the look out for a business development leader to create and implement a go-to-market strategy. The person will be responsible for marketing strategy, customer identification/development, distribution partnership identification/development and sales growth.

A very versatile technician is also needed to help make and assemble parts for Fusion3’s 3-D printers.

AnyCloud
AnyCloud, the Mint.com of personal and shared online content, recently relocated from Silicon Valley to NC and is looking to add to its local team. AnyCloud is seeking a full-stack front-end developer, a back-end Java developer and a web UI designer.

GovLoop
GovLoop offers a social network for public sector officials and is starting an e-learning platform for government workers (funded with a Knight Foundation grant). The Durham division of the Florida company hopes to hire a person with experience in e-learning to help launch the new platform.

ShiftZen
ShiftZen is a software product that helps restaurants schedule employee shifts more efficiently. Clients include restaurants like The Melting Pot, Tyler’s Taproom and Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers. The Durham startup needs a high-level freelance iPhone developer for the next couple months.

HaitiHub
HaitiHub started in Los Angeles in 2009 and relocated to Durham in 2011. It offers an online resource to teach the Haitian Creole language to individuals that work with the Haitian population.
