Recruiting software engineers, designers, architects? Here’s what you’re up against.
Bronto Software released a new recruiting video yesterday aimed at the dozens of engineers it will be hiring this year. It’s the latest in a series of videos aimed at the employee sets the email marketing company needs to continue its aggressive growth path. In February, after posting a more than 25 percent increase in sales in 2013, Bronto announced it would hire between 65 and 70 new workers around the world, bringing its total workforce well past 200.
The video is very clearly addressing a major problem in the software industry, turnover. It features Bronto employees talking about the ways they are empowered to tackle new projects, implement new technology and solve problems….all ways to keep the job fresh.
