AT&T’s (NYSE: T) growing 4G wireless broadband service across North Carolina now includes the Outer Banks.

Coverage includes the area between Duck and Avon.

The towns of  Kitty Hawk, Kill Devil Hills, Manteo (Roanoke Island), Nags Head, Rodanthe, Southern Shores and Wanchese are also now covered, AT&T said Wednesday.

“We continue to see demand for mobile Internet skyrocket, and our 4G LTE network on the Outer Banks responds to what customers want from their mobile experience — more, faster, on the best devices,” said John Lyon , Regional Director of External Affairs for AT&T.
