Voxeet, a California startup focused on voice and messaging solutions, is the winner in the Voice App Igniter Challenge as sponsored by Raleigh-based Inetwork.

Inetwork is part of Raleigh-based Bandwidth, a provider of Voice over Internet Protocol, broadband and other services.

Voxeet will receive some $600,000 in Internet Protocol-based communications services from Inetwork, which focuses on voice, 911 and simple message service (SMS) solutions.

Voxeet considers its technology a competitor for conferencing services such as GoToMeeting and WebEx.
