BURLINGTON, N.C. – LabCorp (NYSE: LH) has extended its $85.4 million buyout offer for DNA testing firm Orchid Cellmark (Nasdaq: ORCH).
The new deadline is June 15.
The Federal Trade Commission has asked for more information about the deal. The original tender offer was to expire last month and was extended to June 1.
