Gwen Phua, writing at Appmodo, writes a positive review of Epic Game’s “Infinity Blade,” which goes on sale Thursday.
Developed by Epic’s subsidiary Chair, Blade is the first game Epic has designed for an Apple operating system device. Blade goes on sale at $5.99 in Apple’s App Store.
“Infinity Blade is definitely the most beautifully rendered game in the App Store, and an experience not to be missed,” Phua writes. “Fans of action games will easily find themselves engrossed in the gripping battles.”
Phua adds that the “animation is utterly slick, and cut scenes are seamlessly integrated into the game, both between and during battles, which made me feel as if I were both watching a movie and playing a game simultaneously.”
