, a provider of technology and service solutions for what it calls “mission-critical” standby power systems, has a new vice president for sales and marketing as well as a new engineering manager.

Stephen Larson, an 18-year veteran in project engineering and manufacturing as well as sales and marketing, joins NDSL in the marketing and sales role. He formerly worked for Allied Signal, now Honeywell, and Schneider Electric/Square D.

Keith Mercer, who earned an electrical engineering degree at North Carolina State University, joins NDSL with 20 years of experience in design-process improvement and other fields.

NDSL sells its Cellwatch line of battery monitoring systems around the world. The company was formed in 1987.
