VSoft Corp., a provider of process improvement solutions for financial institutions, is acquiring Branch21, an Iowa-based software firm that works with community banks.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
Branch21 is a VSoft customer. VSoft provides services as an application service provider.
By acquiring Branch21, VSoft will expand its suite of product offerings. Branch21 has more than 50 bank customers.
