RESEARCH TRIANGLE PARK, N.C. — SciQuest is beefing up its attempt to expand international sales, hiring a sales executive to lead efforts in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
David Rimington, who has more than 20 years of experience in supply chain and enterprise resource planning, will serve as sales director for EMEA. He will be based in the United Kingdom.
SciQuest provides on-demand supplier management and procurement automation solutions. The company is assembling an international sales team and has already signed several European-based clients, including Apoxis, GlaxoSmithKline, Novozymes, University of Edinburgh, and the University of Nottingham.
