Detroit Tigers Pick Lancope To Secure Its Stadium Network

ATLANTA, GA. — The Detroit Tigers have selected Lancope’s StealthWatch System to help protect its network at Comerica Park in Detroit.

Lancope specializes in behavior analysis and responses to suspect behavior from both internal and external users.

“As the Tigers head into the postseason we are providing four times the network capacity we did for last year’s All-Star game,” said Scott Wruble, director of information technology for the Tigers. “We needed a robust system to monitor and protect our network investment and Lancope has come to our aid in a pinch, getting StealthWatch up and running quickly.”

The Tigers recently installed additional broadband capacity to meet demand for media and other services, such as live video feeds.
