International training firm Global Knowledge has wrapped up its acquisition of Azlan Training for undisclosed terms.
The deal makes Global Knowledge the largest information technology training provider in Europe, according to the Cary-based firm.
The combined operation will offer services in 12 countries and produce revenues of some $100 million annually, Global Knowledge added.
