RTI International has hired a new executive to lead its director of recruitment services.
John DePolo joins RTI from Bay Cities Research, where he was part owner and business developer. He had worked at the Atlanta firm since 1996. Among his clients were Boeing, Seagate and Invensys.
DePolo has also worked for Price Waterhouse in Atlanta as well as Coopers & Lybrand, TRW and General Electric.
“To achieve our goal of becoming the premier independent research institute in the world, we must recruit the highest quality talent,” said Walter Goodlett, vice president for human resources at RTI, in a statement. “John is eminently qualified to lead our recruiting effort, and we are fortunate to have his services.”
DePolo is a graduate of Cornell University in 1978.
