NCEITA has asked Leland Russell, president of GEO Group Strategic Services, to be one of its keynote speakers at the 10th Annual IT forum, “A CEO Conversation: Insight to Innovation,” on March 17.
Russell will be discussing strategic actions learned from the design of Desert Storm. He will illustrate how businesses can both lead and succeed in an environment of ongoing uncertainty and unrelenting change.
Co-author of Winning in FastTime, Russell is a consultant and coach to leaders of Fortune 500 companies and non-profit organizations in education and healthcare. He has written and narrated video programs on leadership and change using his model “The GEO Paradigm.”
