Cary-based Information & Network Services, Inc., an information services company, is opening an office in Atlanta that will be run by Dwayne Towns, a former New York-based Greenwich Technology Partners technical director.
Towns, who also worked as a managing consultant for International Network Services based in The Netherlands, has 21 years experience as an engineer with INS, an international network operator and services provider.
The Atlanta office marks the second new market INS has entered this year. The company opened a branch in Charlotte on May 1.
