Job Strategies, an provider of outsourced human resource, benefits administration, and payroll processing services, has hired an interim CEO.

Hayden James provides expertise in the management of fast-growing companies and will guide Job Strategies through the next steps in its growth and development, the company says.

Job Strategies also hired Michael Grubstein as the director of business development. The company says Grubstein’s experience in customer service will help the firm enhance customer relations and satisfaction.

Founded in 1996, Job Strategies is now targeting its outsourced services to companies in the high-tech and professional services industries. Grubstein said this new target market makes sense.

“Payroll processing, benefits administration and HR support are excellent examples of non-revenue generating activities that are critical to any company’s success,” he said in a statement. “By introducing our services into this new market, our goal is to allow companies to focus on their core competencies while alleviating some of the administrative burden associated with running a business.”
