Software from RTP-based Trinity Convergence will be used in a new videophone being developed by a Taiwan company.
Trinity’s voice and video over Internet Protocol software was picked by Inventec Multimedia & Telecom Corporation. Inventec is a designer and manufacturer of broadband equipment and consumer electronics gear.
The new videophone will use Trinity’s VeriCall Edge platform for delivery of two-way Voice over Internet Protocol calls and videoconferencing.
