Looking for ways to attract customers, convince them to buy and return later for more business?

The North Carolina Technology Association’s annual “State of Technology” conference next month features a program centered on helping businesses “identify, secure and keep” customers.

“The emergence of the tech-savvy consumer is changing the way companies develop and offer their products and services. We are excited to offer a wide array of executives who will share how technology is helping them identify, secure, and keep their customers more effectively,” said Brooks Raiford, NCTA’s chief executive officer, in touting the event.

Craig Hayman, general manager of Industry Solutions for IBM (NYSE: IBM) is the keynote speaker to open the conference.

Patrick Revoise, chief neuromarketing officer for Sales Brain, delivers closing remarks.

Sharon Decker, Secretary of Commerce for the State of North Carolina, is also scheduled to speak.

Also part of the program are several panel discussions:

  • Where Digital Meets Physical
  • CIO Meet CMO
  • Leveraging Customer Intelligence
  • Building Your Brand in the Age of the Customer
  • The Double Edged Sword: Transparency v. Privacy
  • The Evolution of Marketing

The conference is set for April 25.
