to anonymous-Well, us poor black kids need a chance too. My mom and dad don't have money for private or $30,000 for college. We all need a little help from time to time.
I really wanted to be optimistic about this. But when I got to the 'realities' section I discovered this is not about excellence, it's simply another thinly veiled program aimed and poor black kids.
