The Q&A with AllElements’ CEO follows:

  • What is the focus of your business?

All Elements is a cloud-based strategy-execution application to translate strategies into individual goals to grow your business faster. All Elements helps organizations to visualize how well their strategies are being executed by its people, using real-time data analytics. It’s an one-stop solution for the entire organization to effectively communicate strategies, set and align goals, have continuous performance conversations, give instant recognitions, and track people and business progress. We believe when the most important asset of your organization – your people – have visibility into organization’s priorities and strategies, they are naturally empowered and engaged to perform at their peak potential.

  • What is the top pain point/business application you are seeking to address?

Companies, irrespective of their size, struggle to execute their strategy. According to a PWC Strategy& survey, over 80% of executives say their companies aren’t always aligned behind their strategy, some parts of the company don’t understand their strategy, and their people often work on conflicting priorities. In another survey, McKinsey Consulting found that 70% of initiatives fail or fall short in execution, getting it right only 30% of the time. The unsuccessful execution is attributed to people not being aligned or invested in their strategy execution.

All Elements helps address this huge strategy-execution gap. Mutuk Karpakakunjaram, founder and CEO of All Elements, has experienced this first-hand over and over again in his two decades of consulting work with Fortune 50 companies. He founded All Elements to fix this problem.

  • What makes it unique?

We take an unique people-centric approach to strategy execution because we know #PeopleMakeItHappenTM. Current breed of software tools measuring strategy execution are disconnected. Most small and mid-sized companies depend on document based manual reporting such as spreadsheets, docs, and siloed applications. This makes it extremely hard for leaders to align their team and for employees to have visibility into strategies and results. All Elements changes that paradigm.

All Elements enables a work environment where organizational goals are easily made visible and aligned with individual goals and activities to help every employee know how to contribute to company’s success, visualize how well strategies are executed, receive and provide continuous feedback, and get real-time people analytics.

Unlike some of the competitors we are process agnostic. We are the only application that can easily adapt to OKRs, SMART Goals, MBOs, EOS, Rockefeller Habits, or any other goal setting process a company may use to execute their strategy.

  • Why should investors be interested in your firm?

Team – We have a stellar team comprising of senior HR executives, product managers, business consultants, and entrepreneurs who have had multiple exits.

Trend – Business performance depends on people performance. There is an increase in funding activities in both business and people performance applications. All Elements’ unique approach replaces some of these siloed applications and archaic tools.

Market Size – Global spending on people and business performance software is over $10 billion. Given the problem we have in hand, hundreds of thousands of SMB companies worldwide needs an integrated solution like All Elements in order to stay relevant.
