SilkRoad Acquires Triad-Based OpenHire Software

SALEM —
WINSTON-OpenHire Software, a firm focused on human resources and recruiting management software, has been acquired by SilkRoad Equity.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
OpenHire said in a statement that it has "a large and loyal customer base, many of whom are Fortune 500 organizations." It is based in Winston-Salem.
"OpenHire is a strategic component in our growth strategy, and significantly expands our portfolio of easy to use software, delivered as a service over the web," said Andrew Filipowski, chairman and CEO of SilkRoad.
