CARY – Epic Games has reached a settlement in a lawsuit revolving around in-game purchases made by minors using their parents’ credit cards.

According to legal proceedings cited by news site Legal Newsline the settlement was reached earlier this month. Terms included $26.5 million shared among the people who brought the suit plus 1,000 “V bucks” for in-game purchases.

Epic also has filed a motion seeking dismissal of a proposed federal class action suit.
