The Work Hall – a coworking space for real estate industry professionals – opening in Raleigh

RALEIGH – There’s about to be a new coworking space in the Triangle, aimed to connect any entrepreneur or business owner interested in any segment of the real estate market.

The Work Hall, a concept from Jason Queen, the founder of Transfer Co. Food Hall and founder of Monarch Realty Co., will debut at 213 Fayetteville Street in downtown Raleigh, opening the doors of the two-story space on April 11.

The community will be managed by Aoife Sinclair, who said in a statement obtained by WRAL TechWire that the aim of the facility is to “bring together all facets of the real estate and development industries.”

That could mean property technology companies, traditional real estate brokerages, mortgage brokers or lenders, and potentially real estate marketing professionals, the statement noted.

“It’s a place for professionals who want to see downtowns, our urban cores, and city centers, continue to thrive,” said Sinclair.
