CHARLOTTE — STAline Holdings of Charlotte has filed with the SEC disclosing the raising of more than $15 million in equity funds. According to the documentation, the company is seeking to raise a total of $30 million.
The company executive officer is Timothy Tysinger, according to the SEC filing which was signed by company CFO Jason Painter.
The NC Secretary of State registered a company by the name of STAline Waterworks, Inc. in September of this year at the same Charlotte address. No other officer information was provided.
Details on the company are scarce, which seems to indicate that it is operating in stealth mode for the time being.
Thus far the company has 55 investors according to the SEC filing, each contributing a minimum of $100,000. A further $14,551,000 will be required for the company to reach its $30 million offering, which can be open for up to a year.
