CHARLOTTE — InfraSight Software is once again raising money. The company filed with the SEC last week regarding more than $430,000 in debt funding.
InfraSight’s Cloud Financial Management Platform seeks to offer insights into company Cloud expenditures, including risk assessment, monitoring, and insights. The company, which is based out of Huntersville, was previously known as Carolina Cloud Exchange and Cloud Pricing Services.
The company last raised nearly $1.4 million in funding in March of this year. Since its founding in 2018, the company has raised more than $2.8 million in debt-equity.

This filing discloses $1 million in offering, with a remaining $567,000 to raise. The filing also includes 5 current investors and states that $114,000 of the proceeds is earmarked for “payments to any of the persons required to be named as executive officers, directors or promoters.”
The company most recently shared the news of the appointment of Werner Lippuner to its Advisory Board in October. Lippuner previously served as SVP of Strategy and Operations at SecureIT Consulting Group, a partner of InfraSight for Cloud cost uncertainty and risk.
