RESEARCH TRIANGLE PARK – Until Next Time.

That expression “it’s not goodbye, but see ya later” rings true. Trust me, I’m here, and our work in the southeast is expanding not shrinking. In fact, that’s why I am taking a break from this column, as much as I’ve enjoyed the ride.

Here’s what’s happened… and here’s what’s next.

Over the last three years, we’ve done extensive work around four main areas. Leadership. Performance culture. High performing teams. Living beyond burnout.

Geesh… we’ve covered a lot of territory… and it’s been so rewarding.

….aaaand it’s been extremely eye-opening! You know the saying “you don’t know what you don’t know” until you’re in the mix? That’s what’s happened here. With every speech, workshop, cohort through 28 Days, and company culture project, we’ve uncovered yet another layer of information and understanding. We’ve learned a lot about what works… and what doesn’t. The culmination of these three years of work with both leaders and teams has resulted in some pretty exciting findings.

Which means, true to Reinvention Road Trip form, we’re going off the grid and charting a new course for the next couple months as we reinvent ourselves once again. (Yes, we practice what we preach over here—and we love it.)

We’re on the road. Exploring, discovering and enjoying the adventure. The creative juices are flowing, and we’re building and executing. It’s an exciting time, and we’re all in, folks!

What’s on the other side? Extraordinary corporate offerings designed to elevate teams to the next level as we champion anti-performance culture in a variety of ways.

That’s all I can say about that for now, but keep an eye peeled for the unveiling in 2024!

These new developments mean I’m taking a break from TechWire; these initiatives require my full attention. But I’d love to stay in touch. You can sign up for my newsletter or follow me on LinkedIn. And WRAL and I are never far apart… it’s very likely you’ll see me again soon.

Until next time, friends…
