CHARLOTTE – York County Council can finalize an incentive agreement tonight for the $1 billion QTS Data Centers project.
The county, which s near Charlotte, has been working through details on the agreement for months.
The county has identified QTS Data Center, which previously been called “Project Cobra.” QTS is projecting a $1 billion investment and 12 new jobs.
