CARY – iGLASS Networks, a provider of outsource network operations center services, has been sold to Kansas-based 20 South Partners.

Financial terms were not disclosed.

iGLASS launched in 1997. It is the second network operations firm in the 20 South Partners portfolio, joining ISPN Network Services.

All management and staff will be retained in the deal, 20 South Partners said.
