After attending the North Carolina Veteran Business Association (NV Vet Biz)  Annual Procurement Conference at NC State a few weeks ago, I was convinced that there has never been a better time for small, disadvantaged businesses, to get a piece of the government procurement pie. Veteran owned companies top that list.
