ATLANTA – Venture Atlanta is now accepting applications from startups across the Southeast, including those based in the Triangle.

The 2022 Venture Atlanta showcase, the 15th annual conference, will occur in person in Atlanta, and startups will pitch from the stage at the Atlanta Symphony Hall, on October 19 and October 20, 2022, according to the conference website.

Selected startups receive more than a chance to pitch on stage.  They’ll also receive virtual coaching and mentoring before their pitch slot, and other support offered by Venture Atlanta.

Any technology-enabled startup in the Southeast, which the event organizers describe as far north as Washington, D.C., and as far west as Texas, that are in the process of fundraising at some point in the next 18 months are invited to apply.

Companies not chosen to pitch and present may be considered to be a showcase company at the event, the organizers note on the website.  And for the first time in the 15 years the conference has been executed, the organizers will match showcase companies to mentors and coaching opportunities, as well.

Applications opened earlier this month and will remain open until August 12.
