RALEIGH – Pendo has released its second suite of products, Pendo Adopt.

The company announced the news in a statement yesterday, noting that the new suite of products will help companies “better understand how employees are using workplace software.”

That in turn will allow those companies to “take action to increase employee productivity,” Pendo’s statement notes.

The Raleigh-headquartered technology unicorn said that there are already well-known firms using the product, and there are some 2,300 customers using Pendo’s first product suite, Pendo Engage.

“Pendo Adopt gives us insight into how employees are using the tools we provide, and allows us to create in-app training that is digestible and scalable,” said Nick Pendergraft, senior manager of content and training at Dude Solutions, a Cary-based  provider of a facilities management platform, in a statement. “Well-trained employees are more engaged employees. They also produce better results for our clients.”

The company says that it has discovered that a company’s most productive employees are often the ones considered “power users” of workplace software, in a “digital work environment.”

The statement notes that the product suite includes behavioral analytics, in-app messaging and guides, and actionable feedback.

Pendo opened its new headquarters location, five floors at 301 Hillsborough Street in Raleigh, earlier this week.
