RALEIGH – InsightFinder, which brought on more than $2 million in venture capital in 2021, announced this week that the company tripled annual recurring revenues and maintained 100% of its customers throughout 2021, including Dell, Credit Suisse, and China Mobile.

Entering 2022, the company has bolstered its leadership team, the company announced in a statement.  Jason Girardi will lead sales and John Lindley will lead pre-sales engineering.  Both joined the company from ScienceLogic.

The firm also shared that it had finalized partnerships with Sentry and Google Cloud and was awarded an NSF Small Business and Innovation grant for its machine learning technology and auto remediation.

The company is a provider of an AIOps platform that it said in a statement is “completely built on unsupervised machine learning technology.”  The company was founded by Dr. Helen Gu, a professor of computer science at North Carolina State University.

Durham-based Idea Fund Partners is an investor in the company.
