Brian Hamilton went from entrepreneur and executive to philanthropist in 2018 after selling his fintech firm Sageworks to private equity giant Accel-KKR. On Friday he announced his firm – Brian Hamilton Management – has acquired a Canadian firm. And he plans to bring jobs to North Carolina.
