RALEIGH – North Hills will begin taking on a different appearance starting in 2021 as part of a “revitalization” of its Main District with completion expected in 2023, according to Kane Realty Corporation.

The sweeping changes and additions – including replacement of the building that once housed JC Penney – were announced this week.
