David Jones, founder and chairman of data services provider Peak 10, heads the list of individual winners in the annual North Carolina Technology Association annual NC Tech Awards.

Jones will receive the Beacon/Outstanding Achievement honor at NCTA’s awards event on Nov. 9. Peak 10 is based in Charlotte and operates data centers across the southeast, including the Triangle. The company recently grew by joining with ViaWest which operates across the U.S. as well as Canada, the Netherlands and the United Kingdom.
