This month’s batch includes a mix of companies from around the Triangle, from compost pick-up to auto care to venture capital sources to code schools. The types of positions range from sales and marketing to product and business development.

WillowTree
This Virginia-founded mobile design and development agency with customers as high-profile as Zappos and HBO expanded to Durham in 2015 after executives were impressed by the area’s burgeoning community of tech talent. The company then launched a plan to hire nearly 100 new employees in the area, and it’s continuing to deliver on that ambition at its office in the American Tobacco Campus. The latest in open positions at WillowTree are a software test engineer and an Android developer.

A Morrisville startup with software for creative production management, inMotionNow needs to grow its team in preparation for faster growth. After winning Triangle Business Journal’s Best Places to Work award last year, inMotionNow is adding more employees to its team: an account development representative, a customer success manager and an enterprise sales executive. CompostNow
Raleigh-based CompostNow collects food scraps from residents and businesses throughout the Triangle, as well as in Asheville. The service provides containers for people to store their household waste (like bones, meat, dairy or pizza boxes) and stops by every week to collect compostable materials exchange for a new, clean bin. Members then earn compost from the service, which can be delivered to them for individual or community gardens. CloudFactory
This global workflow tech company has a cloud-based platform for businesses to outsource back-office work they would otherwise have to take on themselves. The system, priced through a subscription model, connects clients with teams in Nepal or Kenya that manage day-to-day routine tasks, meeting the hours and skill sets companies need for outsourced projects. A new $7.3 million Series B round gives CloudFactory support to grow its Durham team from 12 to 26, currently hiring an account executive, a sales development representative, a product marketing manager and a content content marketing strategist. Windsor Circle
Founded in 2011 by former Bronto employees, Windsor Circle has raised millions in local and nationally-sourced capital to back its predictive marketing software for e-commerce retail companies. With heavy momentum and steady revenue from clients like LOREAL and Johnson & Johnson, the Durham startup is seeking to add more employees to its growing team in Durham: account director, an enterprise client manager and a client success manager. K4Connect
This Internet of Things startup packs the latest in smart technology into a single system to assist older adults and individuals living with disabilities. K4Connect is growing in revenue, landing new partnerships with senior living communities and services in and outside of North Carolina. And after an $8 million Series A investment from Intel Capital closed last fall, the company is continuing an ambitious plan to expand its office in Raleigh with new job openings in engineering and sales. Council for Entrepreneurial Development
As its member base grows, North Carolina’s central network of entrepreneurs is seeking to further deliver on its widespread support to local startups, connecting them to peers, mentors, resources and capital. The organization is seeking a program manager to help ramp up its events and programs, as well as drive planning for its two flagship conferences: Tech Venture and Life Science. Read more here.
TransLoc
The team at TransLoc is revolutionizing transit with apps, on-demand transportation options and powerful analytics for public transit agencies. Over the course of 2016, TransLoc closed an $8 million investment round and scored partnerships with major entities such as the North Carolina Department of Transportation. As it grows, the startup seeks an account manager and a sales development representative to join its team. TransLoc is known for being proactive about hiring the best talent and serving employees with unique perks, like a $1,000 annual bonus for taking five days off for a relaxing vacation. Listings here.
Savii Care
This Raleigh telehealth startup has developed mobile and web applications for automated workflow management. The platforms enable in-home caregiving agencies to coordinate with patients and communicate with their families. Last year, the Savii Care team raised $1.1 million in seed funding from Cofounders Capital and RTP Capital to help build and scale the company. The Produce Box
This Raleigh-based startup retrieves and delivers locally-grown produce to customers in the Triangle and Charlotte areas. As it works to expand its services outside of North Carolina this year, the startup will also need a manager in the North Raleigh, Wendell and Knightdale area to continue its multiplying customer base here in the Triangle. Commercetools
This e-commerce startup has a cloud-based platform that allows retail businesses to ensure engaging shopping experience to their customers across digital marketplace channels. At its office in Durham’s American Tobacco Campus, Commercetools is looking to add a java engineer to its product development team. Job details, plus information on company perks, are here.
PrecisionLender
This startup is diligently growing sales counts for its AI-powered loan and pricing deposit management software for commercial lenders. As PrecisionLender continues to boom in North Carolina markets, it’s adding more skilled individuals to its offices in Charlotte and Cary. IDEA Fund Partners
The Southeast’s most active seed and early-stage venture capital firm provides early investments to seed and early-stage companies from $100,000 to $750,000 per round, and will often reinvest in its portfolio startups as they grow. Earlier this month, IDEA Fund was named North Carolina’s most active venture fund by CB Insights. It’s looking for a business development associate to help manage accounts, continue building on support for the firm’s wealth of clients while sourcing and closing relationships with new ones. Fueled by a mission to provide convenient solutions for vehicle owners, CAARMO provides its customers with helpful tools to maintain their car’s health. The service sends owners updates and reminders of upcoming maintenance needs for their vehicles, and the solution extends to CAARMO’s business customers, which include service centers and fleet managers. The startup is hiring a sales executive in the Triangle to help drive revenue and develop new accounts for its fleet and service provider customer base. More here.

After this San Francisco-headquartered company expanded to the East Coast in 2014, it has been steadily adding talented individuals to the team in Durham. The Google Ventures-backed startup has a unique job-matching platform where college students can earn money and employment offers by solving problems (aka “challenges”) that are posted by businesses. MindSumo is looking for a local senior account executive to help further connect the platform’s Fortune 500 clients to more than 300,000 users. Details here. Nellino’s Sauce Company
Setting a new standard for “clean food,” Nellino’s Sauce Company (formerly Nello’s Sauce) sells healthy, locally produced pasta sauce available on shelves throughout the U.S. in major retailer stores, such as Whole Foods and Harris Teeter. The Raleigh startup is hiring brand ambassadors to champion product awareness in stores and to consumers, thereby aiding with immediate and residual sales while spreading the brand message. NeuroPlus
This Durham startup has developed an alternative treatment regimen for children with ADHD and other learning disabilities. NeuroPlus is a brain-controlled, attention-training video game platform kids can play to improve their focus and self-control. It’s marketed to families looking for solutions to the difficulties their kids face with ADHD diagnoses. After raising $618,000 from nine investors in April, NeuroPlus is looking to drive more growth by adding to its sales and product teams. Samanage
Samanage, a Triangle Business Journal “Best Places to Work” award winner, is a fast-growing ITSM company that provides cloud-based IT service desk solutions. In December last year, the startup closed an investment round, and then opened a new SaaS-based enterprise service desk on the Salesforce AppExchange. At its headquarters in Cary, Samanage is on the hunt for an associate web developer, a Salesforce administrator and an event marketing manager. Descriptions here.
The Iron Yard
A well-recognized name in the world of coding education is South Carolina-based The Iron Yard, which offers computer science programming classes throughout the United States. In addition to its campus in Charlotte, the Iron Yard has two more North Carolina-located offices in Raleigh and Durham, where it’s looking to fill positions for associate instructors.
