South by Southwest is gearing up for its 19th annual tech and entertainment extravaganza next month. A highlight is picking winners in its SXSW Interactive Innovation Awards, and the list of finalists is lengthy with 65 firms picked.

No North Carolina firms are on the list that covers competition in 13 categories.

SXSW winners will be named on March 15 after a finalist showcase on March 14.
