Home service startup Pack Purchase rebrands as Canopy after raising $1.5M

Backed by Lowe’s, New York’s Great Oaks Venture, and Triangle backers IDEA Fund as well as Cofounder’s Capital, Raleigh home services startup Pack Purchase is re-launching with a new name: Canopy.

The company recently disclosed raising $1 million.

With a close of $1.5 million, management made the name change announcement Wednesday.

The new funding will enable the company to expand its services behind the Triangle to Charlotte, Atlanta and other markets.
